TransAm, Transport America stupid question

Ok, maybe this should be obvious to me, but are TransAm and Transport America the same company or different ones?

TransAm is out of Olthe Kans. and Transport is out of Minn. one is TransAm is Reefer and i think Transport is only drybox box this helps ya hope this clears it up for ya.
