Any comments about DeBoer

Anybody have any comments about DeBoer out of Wisconsin? I plan on starting there at the first of the year.. (rookie driver) Thanx Skull

Look for post by a guy going by Maveric. He also has a blog on driving for them but he doesn't update it much in the last few months.
