TMC local ?
 
Read an ad in the Denver post outlining local jobs stating home nightly for TMC . anyone have experience with local positions through TMC ?

They are running the same ad in the local Pittsburgh paper too. If they hold to what they say about local, might be a good gig. :D

TMC does what is called dedicated. That is an arrangement that they have with a shipper to get a majority of their freight. Often TMC dedicated accounts will have preloaded trailers and day cabs. Many times (LaFarge Sheetrock) they hire loaders, tarpers, and yard jockeys. Sometimes you just wander into an account and swap a trailer. The pay varies. One method is a straight percentage. The other is a weekly salary, $950-$1,000. Depends on the area and the shippers. PM me if you need more info.

Sounds like it might be a good deal. I called ,but only got an answering service ,So I'll be calling in the AM to get the specifics on the job ,And thanks for the reply .
