Any Pros/Cons on Schneider?

I am thinking about joining Schneider is there any pros/cons on them?

I spent two years there. Pro for me was the free training. CON was the fact that the higher up in the pay you get the less miles you recieve. Oh and mediacal insurance is horrible there.
