Ive been with them for a month now. Its a very fast pace company with alot of kinks since its Overnight, Motor Cargo, and UPS coming together trying to figure out what works best. I work at the Fullerton, CA terminal, very small with junk equipment but pay is good.

The Motor Cargo guys I've run into in my rounds were not happy. Given that 3 drivers in Reno are not a representative sample of the entire Overnight & MC world.

What I found surprising is that for being union they did not get NMFA wages or bennies.

Sort of the worst of both worlds.

Long term I'm optimistic though, once they are assimilated into the Brown collective they will be a formidable contender. There are some synergies that occur when you have a parcel and pallet LTL under one roof.
