We run our drivers under larger groups, ensuring plenty of DM support and no shortage of routes, without working directly for them and being subject to their rules. We follow a policy of giving back the "Road Captain" position to the driver, and not micromanaging your operation. Keeping our drivers happy is how we ensure profit for you and us.
CPM is dependent on experience and will match what can be found in bigger outfits.
Bonuses including trainer and stop pay exceed company drivers.
