Has anyone worked for Knight out of Kansas City Kansas? I hear
they have a program that if you run 12k a month, they will put you
into a new Volvo.

I work out of Tulare Ca. If you work hard and no service failures they will put you in a new Volvo or Peterbilt within 6 months. I have been there since April and got my new Truck 2 weeks ago. My first Truck was an 05 Volvo and I never had any problems with it.

If you are good at finding easter eggs you will do fine at Knight. Why? Because you will always be searching for an empty trailer. :lol:
