Driver Pay is way up!

Although I can only speak of the Florida tanker industry there is a severe shortage of drivers. A few companies are ahead of the curve offering real incentives for experience.
$0.50 cpm to start with 10 years experience was team split pay per mile just a few years ago. Hourly pay for local drivers is $19 and up. Don't settle for anything less, our time for recognition of sacrifice and skills has finally arrived.
IF your still being shorted on your miles peak up
IF there is a differential pay in loaded and unloaded miles tell them to stop.
IF your personal health insurance is too expensive tell them to pay in more.
IF your still being paid PER DIEM as part of cpm pay tell them the entire amount needs to be taxable income, you'll make out better in the long run.
ALL drivers with significant experience should make no less than 50K per year.
