Have you considered hauling fuel out of Indy? Sounds like you have the qualifications. Do you have tanker/hazmat?

I do not have tanker at this time, have never pulled a tanker trailer, although I have pulled a flatbed. Sorry.

I just wanted to add an update, I am willing to run Mon-Fri with weekends off as well, Saturdays for my family and Sundays for God, Mon-Fri working my butt off running the miles for you :) contact me brentd67 at gmail dot com

Well the tanker endorsement would not be much of a problem. The prospects of getting both Saturday and Sunday off when starting out in the fuel hauling industry is slim to none.

BOL in your search.

What are you doing dashing the hopes of a "Local" hopeful???

:lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2:

IF I were to ever ...GO BACK....to hauling fuel...I would only do so with a Monday through Thursday night shift. 2 AM start time, 4 load maximum.........$29.64 per hour.

After numerous calls from every JB Hunt recruiter on the planet I just wanted to update this post that I am still looking for an opportunity to get back out there and drive, I don't want to end up with no experience on the road in the past X years and have to start over.

So if you have an offer don't hesitate to approach me with it I will consider whatever right now, I have been out of work over a month now and I am getting tired of sitting on my butt at home job hunting.

I will even consider OTR at this point, the problem I am running into is the fact that I have 2 tickets in a 2 year period, 65 in a 45 and left lane violation, because of these 2 tickets the state of Indiana disqualified my CDL privileges for 60 days back in 2006 and I was driving for PAM Transport at the time and they neglected to tell me, I drove through those 60 days, thank God I did not get pulled over during that time, but the fact is the INDOT says I should not have been disqualified because they do not consider that 2 majors in 2 years but the DMV does.

I have a clean driving record for 2 years and nothing more then a small parking lot bump in the last 3 years. I have never had a DWI/DUI, never failed or refused a drug test, I don't smoke (quit almost 6 months ago), I don't drink, but I am having a hard time getting companies to work with me due to the 2 tickets and disqualification.

I am a good guy, some of you know me here on CAD since 2005 when I first started school with PAM Transport. Anyway, I am looking for a chance to get back out there before I lose to chance to drive ever again without starting over, the yard spotter and local driving hurt me.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my post.
