Ive never been a truck driver but do spend a lot of time on the roads....I do agree with arkansas, however they are getting better.
Ive always thought the worst part of I-40 was the last 60 or so miles of Eastbound I-40 in oklahoma before you get into arkansas....thump thump....thump thump.....thump thump...thump thump...it freaken drives me nuts and just doesnt stop

Sheepdancer! What's happening dude!

Yeah, I-40 from Ok City, to Fort Smith will jar a gut loose. Rougher than a cob.

I found some nasty tight ones in Wyoming just south of Jackson Hole.

Eastbound off of Donner on 80
Los Angeles freeways (all of them)
I465 around Indy
Oklahoma - chunky
Wyoming - all winter long - - - - wish Utah would annex them, just so the highways would get salt and deicer instead of "scrapin' n sandin'"!

Though not in the survey, Oklahoma and Mississippi have crappy roads too!
