Story time, with Rev.Vassago

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Margie. Now Margie was different than other boys and girls. Margie's parents didn't hold her enough as a baby, and she developed self esteem issues, which manifested themselves as narcissism.

One day, Margie got a job working at the front desk of a trucking company. A couple of the overweight truckers who worked there who hadn't gotten laid in months told Margie that she was hot. Margie, in her desperation to be noticed, took these pigs compliments as meaning that everyone thought she was hot. Sadly, though, this was far from the truth.

Margie started following one trucker named Johnson around. She would be really annoying, and drive him up a wall. One day, Johnson mentioned a trucking message board that he posts on. So, like a little lap dog, Margie went to the trucking message board. Even though she was new there, she started posting insults at the veterans of the message board, in an attempt to get herself noticed. When several of the veteran posters at the message board started getting irritated by Margie, she started posting pictures of herself. Unfortunately, the pictures didn't help her, as she was wearing way too much makeup in them, and was posing in what was later referred to as "myspace angles" to make herself appear more attractive. When that failed, she started talking about her overweight boyfriend.

Ultimately, everyone decided that Margie was a joke, and her thread backfired against her. Eventually, even the modulation got in on the action, and started poking fun at her.

The moral of this story? Don't be like Margie - don't be a narcissistic egomaniac unless you have the goods to back it up.

The end.

You must have seen my picture somewhere (maybe the post office?) Most people seem to think I'm in my low 40's. The winner so far, was about 38!

Uh oh.... now I'M gonna be accused of trying to stroke my ego!

But, unlike the Rev, I'm not claiming to be "dead sexy!"

[Remember, I told you once that I was about twice your age?]

Yeah but that would make you only in your mid 30's.

OHHHHhhhh yes... thanks for the vote(s) ... I've noticed I've gotten 2 more since I was being knocked for only having 17 votes.

Oh, you got exactly what you wanted, attention, poor maggie must not get enough attention at home, don't you get enough attention from your big boyfriend. OHHHHHH, only 2 more votes, maggie must be really starving for attention, so much so that she has to get it on an internet trucking message board, btw I've seen prettier lot lizards, you ain't as hot as you think you are.

You sound like you have the mentality of a highschooler, grow up little girl, in the real world nobody gives a s**t about how hot you think you are. Save this crap for your little MySpace friends.

You have not posted one intelligent thing on this message board since you joined.

Shawnee 05-10-2007 03:49 AM

BTW did anyone look at her myspace page, they think this is a big joke over there.

maggieb 05-10-2007 12:49 PM

wow.... ya'll are OUT OF CONTROL... luckily Im fairly busy and don't have time to make ya'll look like the fools that you really are. But its whatever, I'll have plenty of time for that later

Ridge Runner 05-10-2007 01:10 PM

The funniest part is SHE still doesn't get it. Maybe CAD needs to set up some kind of IQ test before people are allowed to post.

Shawnee 05-10-2007 01:15 PM

We all know that maggie is just an "attention whore" and will take any attention that she can get.

If we stop giving her the attention that she wants she will probably just go away.

shyykatt 05-10-2007 01:55 PM

ah gee, now shes just too busy for us, thats a dern shame

Twilight Flyer 05-10-2007 01:58 PM

As the novelty has worn off and the PM volume has risen, it's time to lock things down. Consider this the plexiglass shield that seperates the monkeys from the visitors.
