Has anybody else found this free open source TSL locating app?

I found this a few weeks ago and installed it on my old laptop before bringing it in my truck. It works as advertised with the Windows instructions and any of the rest area or weigh stations I have come across are accurate.
Most of all I like this because it works on my laptop with the bigger screen instead of on a 5 inch phone screen.
