yep, just ordered up my yearly free DAC report. took all of about 4 minutes to fill out the form. i do this yearly ritual under habit, if nothing else. most of you have read many times where i say "retirement is imminent" , but i still like to make sure all is ok and correct. this report will also contain a free DMV report as well. my state charges $17.50 for a copy, either on line or in person, screw that, i want as much free as possible.
this might very well be my last DAC. unless for some insipid reason, i fail to retire...yea...riiiiight....
just as a matter of information, (to you newbies/wannabe's) we get one free copy each year, and if you are ever refused a job due to something in your DAC report, you are entitled to yet, another free one.

i should also add, that DAC just isn't as useful as it was back in the beginning of it's inception, maybe some day, it'll fade away, but for now, it's still with us in this industry, so you want to make any corrections as soon as possible, if you find something wrong in your report.
again, most of this, i think pertains to the newbies/wannabe's.
