"I just need to do the pre trip walk around and the behind the wheel. DMV said they are booked solid. Any help or ideas would be "
Go to one of the schools and take the WHOLE CLASS all 140hours or so. Driveing a combo veh. is more than just pulling a boat trl. or pop up camper. This sounds harsh but it's the truth.
What company is willing to hire a guy so new that he can't even be considered a newbie? A rip off or bottom feeder. Go to the school and get the training you need!
I applied for a job with the information that all I had to have was a Class A permit to get the job and then get my Class A within 3 months. I received a call that I got the job, but then I found out if I don't have my Class A on the first day of employment, I loose the job. The job starts on March 4th and the soonest I can get an appointment with DMV is March 18th. I live in Sacramento California and am looking for some help. I thought I heard that there were schools that could give the Class A license that DMV would honor. Is this true and if so are they short schools that would fit in my time frame? Like I said, I already have my permit, I just need to do the pre trip walk around and the behind the wheel. DMV said they are booked solid. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. HELP!!!
