My wife makes me a great burrito that is low fat. We have a microwave in the truck so she heats up a package of SW Chicken strips made by Tyson (found at Wal Mart in meat section prepared foods), she heats a whole wheat tortilla, places several chicken strips in the tortilla, adds chopped onions (Wal Mart sells prechopped in produced section in a plastic container), chicken strips, sprinkles with low fat 2% milk cheese, adds salsa, low fat sour cream and wallah you have a chicken burrito that is great tasting. She sometimes heats up a can of black beans (great for the fiber) to add to the burrito or I eat on the side with chopped onions.
