So, lets hear it...... GOOD? BAD? Seems to have a really nice benefits package, regional and salaried routes, and or high mileage pay. Whats the catch???
No miles! Thats what I have heard. I have no personal experience with them but I have heard about the crappy mileage.
Heartland driver here. You do get home every weekend for 36 hrs as a regional driver and you get around 2000 miles/week. I'm Florida regional. A lot of the loads run at night. They want you to fuel only in terminals, so you don't have shower points at truck stops. Trucks are international 9400i, turned down to 63 mph. No frills truck.
Hope this helps.
salaried routes
Some terminals do offer a saliary route. I know Atlanta terminal has salery drivers. You know i can't spell. :?:
