I am new to truck dispatching and looking for some drivers to work with. The company I work for will only let me service dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds (no hotshots). Does anyone need any help finding loads? I believe that a dispatcher should work for the trucker, not the other way around. In other words, I will do my best to help you make money, if that is what you want. But if you would rather prioritize something else, like only visiting certain parts of the country or only carrying certain kinds of loads, then I will put that first, even if that means declining a load that we would make more money on. Like I said, I believe that the dispatcher should work for the trucker, not the other way around. That is because at the end of the day, it is your business, not mine. Therefore, it should not be about me trying to earn the highest commission for myself possible. It should be about keeping you happy and putting your business first.
