I have 1.5 years total exp and I am getting 31 cpm Hub miles which is equal to 32 cpm practical.
I am getting a 1 cpm fuel bonus for following fueling directions.
I get the safety bonus for each month of about $200. It is 150 to each truck but some trucks do not qualify and that money goes into the kitty.
So at my experience level I am pretty happy.
Now I have not done a Salt Lake City or Grants Pass Staples run in awhile so my thought is doing the terminal to terminal stuff is so easy it is worth the 32 CPM. If I had to do Utah shuttles or Staples runs for 3 or 4 trips my attitude might change
The pay package is also a comprehensive offering. If CPM / miles was the first priority and benifits, company culture etc were not bug on your list then maybe W&S is not for you.
I think it was "One" who said that finding a trucking company is like finding a bride ... somebody you can out up with and can put up with you ..
