Mine was old, like 9 years old when I got my cdl and started with Gordon. They told me that they treat it like a speeding ticket of 15 over. Not sure what other companies are, but for me it was never an issue. Plus my driving record has been clean except for a speeding ticket in 2001 (DOH!), which also never seemed to be an issue. But, reckless driving will have you in quite a pickle when it comes to employment time.

You were 16 at the time, and that was over 9 years ago. No-one is going to check back that far, so you should be good to go.
And as long as you have been a safe driver for the last 5 years, it should be easy.
We ALL have done stupid stuff when we were 16. Some still might stick their nose in the air, claiming they did nothing at all. But they know they did.
So as long as it was just on a motorcycle, and not in a rig, you should be good to go.
And as far as I'm concern, if it was me, I wouldn't even mention it. That ticket is nolonger on your licence, unless their is more than what you are telling us.
