I recently graduated from my local Tech. College & I now have my Class A. I hope to be trucking soon.
One of my instructors told me truckers can claim $50.00 a day on their taxes for meals. Is this true ?
Also can anyone tell me what all company drivers can claim for tax deductions ?

Anything truck related can be deducted.
The amount you can deduct is $52. Keep your Logs incase you're audited.
This is called the per diem deduction. If you are itemizing deductions you can claim 70% of $51 (or $52 perhaps) per day for each day that you are away from home. We have discussed this before, use the search feature.
Also anything that you have to buy to do your job that you are not reimbursed for is deductible.

Now that I know about the search feature I won't ask anymore questions
that have already been previously discussed.
My apologizes.
Yeah, there is no need to apologize.
It is very hard to search for something if you don't know the proper term for it.
