Pros and Cons on hauling reefer????
-
I hauled produce coast to coast for 2 years. It's not a bad gig, but, there is a lot to learn. Different veggies weigh different weights and sometimes trying to figure out where and if you should put a single so the load will scale out made my brain hurt. Those amigos at the coolers in Cali got on my nerves a lot too. There is good money to be made, but, I dont think I would ever pull produce again. Maybe ice cream......

I'm with you guys. I pull dry and I look FOR reefer boxes to park next to. That steady roar is so nice, it reminds me of my old apartment in Boston. I lived next to a pizza joint, with a big brick oven and a huge air conditioner.
Just cant justifying parking next to a bull wagon though!

another pro, what I do so my idle time isnt crazy, I hook jumper cables to the battery on the reefer, that way I can play my xbox 360 and run everything without running down my tractor batteries.
