The bad part is that the trips average 375 miles-so you wont get rich(especially at the new driver rates) and having to deal with LA traffic(better known as HELL). But I have not had to spend more than 1/2 hr waiting for my next load,they pay on time,and for a beginning driver who's just checking out the business,its been good so far. Hope this helps-good luck
