I did haul dry bulk for Veneiza Transport. It was dry bulk cement. So i got loaded sitting on a scale. All i did was open the middle top hacth and pull under the silo. They did the rest. Since i was sitting on a scale they loaded me right ont he money every time. 79-80,000.
I got paid byt he load and it sucked. Worked 14hrs a day to mack 160-180 bucks. Also can take up to 2 hours to blow off the trialer.
I did like pulling a dry bulk trailer. I like the work. But they money just wasnt there. If i was paid hourly i would have never left.

You have b careful with those kind of companies, I started with one, got told the whole spiel about safety etc and then on DAY 1 of training on a tank i was instructed to falsify my log so i could go out with my trainer 7 hrs after we got back to the yard. When i called safety and asked if that was right and if this company usually runs like that i was told YES. The driver/trainer told me the company doesnt require you to run illegal but you would not make any money if you didnt. After i made it clear to safety that if i couldnt run legal to tell me now so i can return their equipment, they told me to go ahead and return it. :shock
