Business Opportunity - MC Authority and Permits
 

Opportunity for experienced owner operator or fleet owner to purchase recently established Authority and permits and become a Motor Carrier. What is for sale? The answer is a trucking company - you supply the drivers and trucks. FMCSA Common and Contract Motor Carrier Authority, Process Agent List, Federal Hazmat Registration Certificate, UCR Registration, IFTA License (Ohio), PUCO Hazmat Registration, Kentucky W/D Tax Registration, Ohio Intrastate Authority, and SCAC Code for company. Federal Employer Identification Number assigned and registered for Ohio Worker's Compensation. Primary Liability and Cargo Insurance is not transferable, but will leave insurance active until sale completed to maintain active Authority. You do NOT have to keep Hazmat registrations. If you do keep Hazmat you can haul general commodities also.
We established this company to keep a newly formed Hazmat division separated from our normal general commdodities Authorities and operations for risk exposure reasons. This new entity is not fitting our current and future business model as originally planned so we are offering it for sale.
