Renewing Hazmat TSA Clearance: Website and Phone Number Down
 

I got my letter from Ca DMV in the mail telling me to go to hazprints.com like I always have except it is no longer maintained...just a link farm. Called the 877 number on the letter and it has been disconnected. I have a few ideas where to go next but they all seem a little sleazy. So I wanted to check what anybody else has done recently. HME, pre check or TWIC? What the heck do those mean anyway? They all seem to have something to do with each other and I would think HME would be it but I don't know for sure what is going to get transmitted to Ca DMV.
