Looking for a referral to a good worker's compensation company in CA? Thank you
 

So my company hired a couple of company drivers along with our subcontracted drivers and we need worker's comp for the employees. When I do a search online I see several companies but no reviews, no real insight. If you guys don't have a referral, do you know of a site I could go to for reviews or some sort of broker? These drivers will be just driving in CA. Thanks guys, I appreciate any input or help.

You might check to see if an occupational accident policy would work. It will be cheaper than most workers comp and do pretty much the same thing. OOIDA sells them along with other insurance companies. I don't recall if OOIDA sells workers comp. I know an insurance company in Oregon that might be able to help you. I am pretty certain we are required to have workers comp in the state of CA but I'll give that number a ring and see if I can get a referral. I hear workers comp in the trucking industry is very expensive so I'll try to shop around.
