"Notification of Traffic Violation" form

If you get a traffic ticket, and fill out the ATA's form C 1601, titled "Notification of Traffic Violation" and hand it in to your employer, what do they do with the info? Does it go to the state MVR? DAC ??

It goes into your driver personnel file.
