Just wondering if the DAC report I received the same as the company will receive. The one I received had my DMV, Job History and Nation Wide Criminal search.

As far as I know it is.

In short yes.

When companies order a DAC report they can choose what they want to know from basic employment/safety info to a complete report with criminal and MVR history.

The reports they get though are identical to the one you would receive if you ordered the same level.

I was just wondering because I haven't ran the road since 1988. When I asked about the DAC it had nothing about my previous employment. I got out for awhile and went back to driving in 2003. All local work.
My wife is getting her CDL and we want to run team and put our things in storage and save as much as we can in hopes of paying cash for a house to secure for when we retire.
The companies I worked for like Kroblin Refrigated out of Waterloo, IA. as well as Sam Young INC. out of Wolcott, IN. and P.S.T. out of S.L.C. are all out of business, so there's no contacts to be made. I suggested about getting my S.S. employment history, but was told that since it's so old it doesn't matter.
I'm far from being a rookie in my eyes, but since I have no recent O.T.R. experience in the eyes of these companies I am. We are a couple in our 50's and I want to train my wife. But how can I when I have "no recent experience". Before I came off the road I had 12 years experience.
The reason I came off of the road was that I came home to an empty home. Wife, Kids, & bank account all gone. I lost it for a long time. I have been married now for six years to a great wife and with the economy so screwed up here in Vegas, we decided to go on the road.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
