Ticket Help

Anyone know a good defense for getting a "Disregarded Traffic Signal" ticket either removed or reduced? A month or so ago I received this on I-70 close to downtown Indianapolis, IN. Any help would be EXTREMELY appreciated!!!

Did you ever get a hold of an attorney or the legal service that someone mentioned? You really need an attorney to help you beat this one, which will probably cost more than the ticket. But at least you won't have any points or a MVR conviction.

I called more then a few attorneys.... but NO LUCK! They all wanted me to "come in for a initial consultation"! And when I'm in Toledo, OH.... with 3 kids and a full time driving job, thats impossible!!! And I've been trying to contact the prosecuter for weeks!!! Never available.... and many other excuses NOT to get on the phone!!!

The attorney does not have to be located in Indy. He only has to be able to practice law in the state of Indiana. Maybe try looking up attorneys that are in border towns. Might be easier for you to get in to see them.

Bottom line, you need to make time to see an attorney. I've come down on you pretty hard on your record before, but this is some honest friendly advice. No one is going to give you any magic bullet to beat this charge.

If you show up to court without an attorney, you are screwed! That judge will look at your driving record and stick it to you. It might be a different story if this was your first ticket. Tell your boss that you need a day off ASAP and go to one of the initial consultations and get the ball rolling. Your career depends on it.

TVC ProDriver will get it taken care of. But it's gonna cost you a llittle extra since you're not currently a member,

TVC has been good to me. Got the same ticket kicked for me in NY. Dumbarse truck driver tried to cruise thru the Queens tunnel with a FL Classic Condo and a 13' 6" Reefer. Duuuhhhhh. Cost me $70 and not on my record.
