Permit Violation in Ky

Hey I wonder if getting a ticket for a permit violation will affect my driving record. No i didnt get a ticket under my drivers permit but I did receive a ticket in Ky for operating an oversized load during curfew at the Walton Ky scales. Paid the fine no sence in fighting the ticket since i knew i was in the wrong and should have read the permit before leaving one mistake i wont make again

Take it to court anyways, tell the judge how you made a mistake and you've taken steps/training to fix that. And you won't ever make it again. etc.. etc..

Kiss his ass, and make yourself presentable.

You might get it reduced etc... If this permit violation can go on your record, maybe he'll reduce it to something that doesn't?

In most states, permit violations are not considered a moving violation. To be sure you need to contact both KY and your home state and ask.
