Dump drivers, long hours without 1 break
 

I am a Class A holder. I have driven many different vehicles from 53 ft walking floor, garbage trucks, quint dump trucks, side dumps, reefer, and dry vans. My concern is when driving dump trucks for an employer or even owner ops, why is it they do not have to take breaks take a 30 minute? I have found they work you 12-13 hours. They will not allow you to take even 1, 15 minute break. I see that there are many, many accidents regarding dump trucks. Any and all input are welcome!
