DAC/USIS

As far as I know, they report info having to do with driving employment. Includes whether previous trucking employer would rehire driver. BOL

dac provides driving jobs only. some CDL schools also report to dac.

DAC only passes on employment information from companies that choose to report that information on you.

Mainly it is only trucking companies that use DAC services.

If DAC does not have any or a specific emplyment history on someone then it is up to the trucking company to contact an employer directly to verify that employment.

Your answer is they do have to submit pre-employment failed drug test.
They didn't when I did, but they do now!
Sorry for the bad news.

NO THEY DON'T! STOP POSTING INCORRECT INFORMATION!

Thousands of carriers do not report to DAC at all - Just because your company does, doesn't mean the ENTIRE INDUSTRY does.
