New Owner Operators

Do you consider hiring dispatchers to assist you on helping you with the loads?

Hiring Dispatcher

Hiring a dispatcher can be a positive step for some drivers. If you are good at looking at the load boards and planning out your trips and managing the paper work and following through than you might be okay without one. However, if organization skills are not your best friend than a dispatcher may help in more ways than you think. Not only, does a dispatcher have the skill to maximize your week by proper planning and research but they also offer back office support. By back office support we mean the negotiation or set up packages, signed rate cons, invoices and follow ups on detention, driver assist and so on. But there are plenty of drivers out there who can manage to drive and do all the office work on their own. It all depends on who the individual is. It is also important to find a good company to dispatch you. Having a good dispatcher makes a world of difference. Hope this is helpful.
