Dispatchers are looking for OO

Hi
We have started dispatch company and look for Owner Operators and small trucking companies to provide service. What is the best sales channel? Where to find interested OO?
There are not many interested even we decrease fee to 1.99% and offer two weeks free trail.

Not to many O/O believe in Dispatching Services. That’s what I’ve read in a lot of forums.
