What is your bottom line operating cost?

What is your bottom line operating expense with hired driver, with yourself? Mine is with hired drivers and little aggressive on fuel. Let me know if I missed something guys, most of you are more experienced than I and know more, only been doing this for 3 years (in April).
Fuel = $0.68 cpm
Driver pay + payroll taxes + work comp = $0.43 cpm
Maintenance fund = $0.25 cpm
Those add up $1.36/mile. I also have $303.85/week insurance/tags/taxes (if each truck was broke down evenly) and $354.69/week on truck payment (1 of 3 trucks has payment). Obviously I don't pay the weekly stuff per week, just broke down that way. So if I ran following weekly miles here would be bottom line expense:
2,000 miles/week = $1.689 with payment and $1.512 w/o payment
2,500 miles/week = $1.623 with payment and $1.482 w/o payment
2,750 miles/week = $1.60 with payment and $1.47 w/o payment
3,000 miles/week = $1.58 with payment and $1.461 w/o payment
3,250 miles/week = $1.563 with payment and $1.453 w/o payment
3,500 miles/week = $1.548 with payment and $1.447 w/o payment

Thank you.

Are you asking what are the variable costs per mile, while the truck is moving, only?
Not overall operating costs?

I think what works best is you figure your fixed costs per day, and the variable costs per mile.
Payroll would come under fixed costs.

I know my set per week cost will be $303.85 per week per truck for tags/taxes/insurance. Just took yearly cost divided by 52.
I know my truck payment will be $354.69 per week on one truck figured same as above.
Those two things are the items not mile based but stuff I have to pay regardless of miles.
My $0.25/mile maintenance fund is solely on miles. If it isn't moving it isn't likely to break lol.
The $0.43/mile for payroll/taxes/work comp are based on miles, if driver doesn't make miles I don't pay. My work comp is based that way also.
The fuel at $0.68/mile is one that will vary because fuel markets. If don't run won't use fuel.
So yeah $1.36 will be every mile and the $303.8 and $354.69 will be set amounts per week.

My main thing is making sure it all sounds right to you seasoned veterans of the road. I do not want to sell myself short on my figures.

What is there to "sound right?" You've been operating for awhile, right? You have actual numbers for all those items; there's no need to estimate and speculate.

I wouldn't comment on your calculation, i think it might be a bit low...But i didn't get your math. 2000 miles would be $2,720 +$303 insurance.

You should add depreciation of your trucks and other equipment.

I would do it like this

Truck 1

Fixed cost: *5 year based*
- Truck depreciation
- Parking
- Loan costs
- Insurance
- tag/taxes
- GPS/3g service truck tracking?
- Licenses
- Permits
- Accounting services
- ...

Variable cost: *per mile*
- Maintenance
- Service
- Truck driver per mile
- Tolls
- Payroll taxes
- Gas
- Truck washing
