just found this out about tripacs
 

while i had mine serviced the other day (2 hours....) and one of my biggest complaints is the +-5* thing. i asked if they can change it. and they can. so instead of if you have it set to 70* it wont reach 75 before it starts again.

just found this out that tk can do this. wanted to pass it along to others.
