freightliner kalamazoo.

make a long story short i was stuck in kalamazoo over the weekend. had to wait untill monday. went to kalamazoo freightliner. i can not believe how driver friendly they are! they have an incredible drivers lounge, wifi, sleeping rooms, showers and laundry.. all free! even the soap for laundry.. free! want to get something to eat they'll give you the keys to the curtesy van. the best part the prices.. engine or truck work $93 an hour from a dealer! i dont know about others but i think its great. the only gripe i have is that they're slow. however, not only did they fix my truck they found other MAJOR problems with it. i highly highly recomend it

Who cares if there slow ( to a point) If they fix it RIGHT the FIRST time it saves you time and money in the long run!
Sounds like a great place.
I had some axle seals replaced and have now had to have them ALL replace again and 1 has now been replace 3 times!! I asked if they've checked the axle housing vent, I got a dumb look. :(

Unless my truck has a warranty issue I don't waste my money on over inflated prices, my shop is 70- an hour and it's done right the first time.

must be nice.. my home shop the rate is $94 an hour.

It's all numbers game. What does it matter if it's $100 or $50 an hour if they control the time? So service, quality and honesty is really matter.

This is why I use my shop for the last 10 years, C.I.T Kenworth constantly did poor work and took to long so I fired them.
