whats the difference in a level 1 and a level 3 dot inspection?

On a level 3, they will not check your underwear....

When they pass a new regulation on that that's when I'll be quiting lol

I think in MN, they actually do check your underwear. :)

Try googleing dot level 2 inspection and see what you get and then try level 3 and see if you get that also.
