CR England Fuel/Tire Discount program ?'s

Hey,

Does anyone currently use CRE's fuel/tire discount program that they offer to their carriers. Looking for a way to save some $. I was told the fuel discount is $.02-$0.04 below cash price. Was also quoted $330 (w/out FET) for a LP 22.5 Michelin XZA3.

Any info would be helpful.
