What do you want to know? I have seen some of their drivers around. I don't recall any of them speaking negatively about them.

Want to know if anyone has worked for them and general impression. It seems that there is no good or bad feedback on them. Looking to sign on as an O/O.

I would say that no news is good news. Usually, when people have a bad experience with a carrier they voice their opinion. I don't recall their name coming up on the board. I am sure someone will have something to say.

Thanks for info but I called them and they are not hiring any O/O at present. Got application into Landstar presently. Will have answer on Monday hopefully. Need to get back to work.

Scrapmetal...I can do one better than your Marten story. I got 2100 miles over 2 weeks with E.L. Henderson. :eek1:

Landstar starved me out.I was hauling pad wrap and dry chit.Cheep loads on their boards. You have to get in with the agents

Most of the companies pay chump change.HVH is hiring 2004 trucks and newer.I got a 03

I am hearing about a number of carriers who are not hiring more owner operators or drivers. They don't have enough business to support their current drivers or owner operators. If you can get on with someone such as Landstar they should have the freight base to keep you rolling, but most of your success will depend on your effort to find good paying freight. It may be difficult to make ends meet if you sign on with one of the mileage carriers. No matter whom you lease on with freight is slow and cheap. You can still make a living, but most owner operators are barely getting along. It may be that way for some time.
