unattended toll booths
When you don't have change and you don't feed the beast, does it ever come back to haunt you?
Chicago has a lot, boy, I hate them. |
I have been short twice in Chi town and tossed in what I had and never had it come back and bite me in the butt, but I do know people who have gotten bills and tickets in the mail for running those change demons.
If you run Chicago a lot it wouldn't hurt for you to get yourself an I-Pass or EZ pass. That way you don't have to worry about having change. |

Yes you will get a notice in the mail for the toll plus a $20 fee for missing it. I got 2 when my ezpass wasn't reading properly. A friend of mine got one for $1,300.

When I was brand new to OTR, I found one of these in West Chicago somewhere. One of the many things no one bothered to mention to me. I scrounged the laundry fund and tossed it in there, mad as hell.
