The tread pattern has very little to do with rolling resistance, you'd be surprised how little.
XDA energy and XDA-HT's both look almost exactly the same, yet are at complete opposites rolling resistance wise. Double coin's are NOT michelin, in fact they got sued because they copied michelins tread. But what about the quality of rubber, the steel coils, and the construction of the sidewall? |

hello G-MAN. I am getting ready to put all new drive tires on soon. I went to deprima tires websight & looked at some options there. though it's hard to decide wich tire I would like without actually seeing it in person & I dont go near GA/TN area. can you reccommend a good drive? I care more about the longevity of the tire than anything else. I would buy 8 & have them shipped to me. what does deprima have in a drive that you would recommend? is double coin a lug, all pos, e.t.c? are there others that have more tread depth for equal $$$ I assume deprima is the co you refer to. thank you. heavyhaulerss
