Hi Steve - great work on the POIs! Several questions:

- I use the 2610 for my everyday GPS - I like it better than the 320 I keep as a backup - the 2610 has been a standard in long distance motorcycling since it came out and nothing has really matched it's utility/flexibility, especially in display. Will the POIs load on this older GPS?

- I keep POIs set to show at 5 to 20 mile views - do the aftermarket POIs load/display in the same way (I see all rest stops, scales, toll booths, etc at any display 5-20 miles)?

Thanks again for getting the POIs spun up!

As far as I can tell from the documentation you cannot load the POI files like the newer models.

That sounds like a nice feature on your model displaying the rest stops, scales and whatnot but mine doesn't do that.

I think POI's are becoming so popular that you may see more sites poping up catering to people looking for this sort of thing.

Just click on cancel when the password box pops up and it will work OK.
That's strange because I just tried it from work it it loaded without asking for a PW.

He may have been trying to access the site via FTP. You need to bring it up as a normal web page then save the page as a .csv file.
