Looking for temporary driveaway insurance
 

A non trucking company which I do some work for just purchased another company which owned a rig/tractor trailer. They are looking for "driveaway" insurance to cover the unit from Seattle Wa. to Chattanooga Tn, until it is resold. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are several companies who could write your insurance. Chattanooga has several commercial underwriters. If you are a member of OOIDA, they also sell this type of insurance as I recall. You may also want to check with B & H Insurance in Winston Salem, NC. They write in Tennessee and work with a number of insurance companies. If you need some local names let me know. Ive got 4 possibilities to look into, so hopefully we can get it done and get this truck to Choo Choo.
