How do I go about filing them? Do we have a specfic form that needs to be completed? My accountant didnt do her job, so I fired her. I am a quarter behind and I just want to get caught up on this. So any info is helpful. Thanks |

The main form is form 941. There are also state specific forms. If you go to the IRS site it is helpfull to read up.
If I were you I would find a new accountant. Do it sooner then later to avoid late fees. You will file on or before April 30th for first quarter, July 31st for 2nd, Oct. 31st for 3rd, & Jan 31st for 4th quarter. You must then for file your corporate taxes (If you are a corp) on or before the deadline in April. It really is not that painfull if you plan ahead. Get a Trucking accountant soon. |
