Captain, you are kidding yourself, and that was a typical example of "truckers math" Basically, it's what's called "cash flow mirage"
On that note, I'll stop, cause i see no point in further conversation!

GhostCaptain 03-25-2008 05:48 AM

Of course it is TRUCKERS MATH why should I use any other kind
of math if I am a trucker, and yes it is very basic, as I posted in other
post I am not going to post a full Accounting Report just to prove somenthing, some one said I did not know nothing about the cost of running a truck,I posted those numbers, just to BASICALLY show you that I do.
And by the way, I am MEXICAN and own Mexican trucks that come across to USA every day from Mexico to deliver the loads my American Trucks are going to take up North,

and yes you are right I do not see a point for further conversation,
since we basiclly hijaked PROTRKDRIVER thread, sorry pro, and you are right many drivers don`t and will never run legal, and many Companies even press drivers to run ilegal, and if you are happy with the money you
are bringing home, then keep up the good work

Less than $.02/mile for preventative maintenance, repairs, tires, etc.? How big is your bailing wire and duct tape budget?

$.30/mile pay, no bennies, no workers' comp...where do I sign up?

Dejanh 03-25-2008 08:06 AM

Now tell me you did it legally so I can laugh.

Never said such thing.
