Well i pulled a Stupid Today. Now i need some Help
 
Ok Long story short I Screwd up my laptop . I inserted the wrong Recover disc and Zappped all my Files.

I lost Pc miler Ver 18.01 in the Recovery. I have have the burned copy of PC miler and The originals are no longer good. I have talked With ALK industries and My Company Name Does not Show Up in there System.

Does anybody have a Copy That Works With a good password As i think i am up the Frozen Creek Here.


I Hope i can work this out With ALK And get it all back to running But If all Else Falls I sure don,t need The Expense Of Buying a New Disc and password.

Can anybody help me out here

Do you have the origanal disk......If you dont your probably in trouble,

You could try to call tech support, that is if you have the recipt

Anyway GOOD LUCK ......Chris.........

Why are the originals no longer good?

Still, if you have them and the software is registered to you, contact the company for a replacement.

Well, you can't fix stupid. :D

All kidding aside, ALK has the worst customer service of any company I've ever done business with. I bought COPILOT 9, and I could not recommend it or the company. Their maps suck, and most of the addresses you need are not in their lousy database. They state that they are used by the big trucking companies and maybe that is the reason you get sorry directions from them.

You can try their CS, but you might check with a computer guru to see if your orignal files are not still on the drive somewhere. Get the Geek Squad to look into it.
