When making a invoice or a freight bill do you use a computer printed form or a standard form??
Like a BOL.
Also any suggestions on mobile inter-net services ( verison, sprint, at&t).
Also suggestions on services like e-fax.
Any comments or complaints with some of the providers would be appreciated :D :D

I made my own invoice. I print out a blank copy then put it back in the printer and print out my invoice.

I use verizon and works awesome for me and in the most out of the way places.

I use Efax and have no complaints at all. Works perfect for me.

I use Max email for faxes, no problems for past 3 years. About $15 a year, efax is about that a month.

I made my own invoices also. Just a simple letter on my letter head in MS Word.

Myfax.com and I have no complaints.

can't too much comment on the mobile office, although i do have a fax/scanner/printer/copier ijn the truck. (I'm only a company driver, but i make copies of everything...) and i use Sprint broadband, got a USB aircard. Works like a charm, and if i'm near a big city i get actual download speeds of up to 190KB/s constant. there was only 2 times it could not connect, and it was in the middle of wyoming where there was no phone service at all, and another remote location i was surrounded by mountains. It works 99.9% of the time, and it's fast. even if the truck is moving. Worth the service no question...

I need to call sprint to see if i can hook up myu fax machine to the computer and see if i can send faxes thru them...

I use eFax a lot- I'm sure there are cheaper options, but for the expense, it's really convenient.

Sure beats trudging into the truck stop and waiting in line to pay $3 for a sheet of paper!

Yes, I agree 100%. Efax does get pricey but it works every time and there have been times when I've had to fax 2 15 page contracts and that would have been a small fortune at the truck stop.

I like being able to just print the file from word to eFax and click "send this document"! You can only have 5 attachments per fax- but there is no limit to the number of pages. So if you have a 12 page document, it's ONE attachment. Plus, it works well if I have to scan something.

Ah- the joys of the internet!

I'd imagine most places have an email address.

Just convert whatever you have to .tiff and they can copy it to their printer exactly like a fax.
