I would hope I wasn't on the low end of the average......

Much better money to be made as a O/O with other bulk/tanker companies......some that I have personally knowledge fo are avg, between $1.45-$1.60 a mile for all miles traveled.

Guess I always considered O/O and independent the same thing.

Thanks for all your feedback, I'm kinda in one of those positions where I can't make up my mind what I want to do. And I don't want to leave where I am at because the way I am taken care of, but I HATE REFRIGERATED FREIGHT!!!!!!!

I got time and I'm not in a hurry....... Somthing will come to me. :D

i put it like this,,,,,, if your gonna be an owner operator with schneider you might as well be a company driver because you will make just as much/little as they do, im an o/o and i drove for SNI up until about 4months ago for over 3years, and i thought i was doing well w/sni until i left and seen what kind of money an o/o is really suppose to be making!

And i work when i want, and how i want, that's mean I'm "independent"!
And as far, as I'm concern, I'm much more "independent", than a lot of "independent"! :P :D
