I just got offered a ride with an o/o and I was just wondering what I would need to know about driving for an o/o? How do you do taxes and getting medical ins and such?

usually unless they own a small fleet, you are on your own,. you take care of your own taxes and insurance.you get a 1099 at the end of the year.. you need to ask lots of question, you can do okay, IF you are good at keeping records and such, its almost like running your own business.
